Cancellation Policy

How cancellation, renewal and service termination work for Swish subscriptions and accepted customer Orders.

Effective 11 September 2026Version 1.1
Your accepted Order comes first

Swish is primarily supplied as a business service. If a signed Order, proposal or other agreed commercial terms specify a minimum term, notice period, renewal rule or cancellation process, those agreed terms take priority.

1. Orders take priority

If your accepted Order states a minimum commitment, renewal period or notice requirement, those terms apply. Cancelling a payment method does not by itself terminate the underlying agreement or remove fees already due.

2. If an Order is silent

Where no minimum term or specific notice period is stated, a recurring Swish subscription can generally be cancelled so that it does not renew after the current paid billing period. Fees already due for the current period are not automatically refundable simply because the service is no longer required.

3. Access after cancellation

Access normally continues until the effective cancellation date unless the account is suspended for breach, security or non-payment. Customers should export information they need before access ends. Retention and deletion are handled under the Privacy Notice, customer instructions and applicable contract.

4. Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy removes a statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded. If Swish is supplied in circumstances where mandatory consumer rights apply, those rights prevail.

5. How to cancel

Use the cancellation route stated in your accepted Order or billing settings, or contact hello@swish.click from an authorised account email. We may verify authority before processing a workspace-level cancellation.
