Optional integrations process information only when an authorised customer enables the relevant feature. Provider roles may vary between processor, subprocessor and independent controller depending on the service and data flow.

3. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we use an applicable adequacy mechanism, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to approved standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard.
4. Changes
We may add or replace providers as the service develops. Where a customer agreement creates a specific subprocessor-notification obligation, we will follow that contractual process. Material changes to how personal information is handled are reflected in the Privacy Notice.
